Underrated Show!

| Is there anyone else out there who,like me thought this an intelligent, dark, edgy, interesting piece? Having just been sent his year's Tony Awards (on VHS) it's remarkable to me that Christopher Wheeldon's work went unrecognized. It was truly inspired; I never had the good fortune to see Michael Bennett's work in it's orignial form but this seemed to be what he was about. True, it was not a "happy" show, but with this level of performance and quality, who cares? I cannot stop playing the cast recording. Am I alone? |
